COACHING & MENTORSHIP
JAKO is a transitional management/coaching/mentoring and leadership development program specifically for athletes. It provides current athletes an opportunity to be role models and mentors off the field to incoming athletes while, providing incoming athletes transition support as they transition from high school to college athletics and beyond. All athletes are trained mentors.
